There are four main reasons why you should choose this house:  the house, the location, the guest support and the fact that there are no hidden charges.

The House: 

We chose this house because of its light and airy interior, the extra living space, its water front position and the semi-rural location of Liberty Village.  The spacious interior was furnished and equipped to our own high specification in 2003 and regular updates are made during our visits twice yearly.  There is a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, formal lounge and dining area, family room, 3 bedrooms - one with an en-suite bathroom - and a second bathroom. The deck area, which is larger than standard, has a heated pool and spa (included in our rates), comfortable deck furniture and overlooks a small lake.  The accommodation is all on one level, making it particularly suitable for guests with small children or limited mobility.  All taxes are included in our rates and complimentary items include:  pool & spa heating during all months, national telephone calls and international calls to land lines, high speed Internet connection.  The villa is licensed by Florida state and Osceola county to accommodate 6 guests plus an infant.

The Location:

Liberty Village is a small and peaceful development of just over 200 homes situated off Poinciana Boulevard.  There is only one road to enter and exit the subdivision and this road has security cameras along it.  There is a mix of rental homes and permanent residents and also an active Neighbourhood Watch which makes it a safe environment to live and vacation in.  There are no busy roads in the immediate location: US Highway 192 is 4 miles away and is renowned for attractions such as Old Town, numerous shops (including a 24-hour Super WalMart just a 5 minute drive from the villa), countless eating places to suit all tastes and budgets and themed dinner shows such as Arabian Nights and Medieval Times.  Disney's main gate is less than 8 miles away and Sea World can be reached by car in 20 minutes.  Cinemas, golf courses, horseback riding, airboat rides, hot air balloon rides, supermarkets, shopping malls and designer outlet stores are just a short drive away.  You can drive further afield and reach Kennedy Space Centre and the Space Coast, Daytona Beach, Busch Gardens or the Gulf Coast in just over an hour.  We think the location of our villa is perfect and a quote from our Guest Book sums it up: "This great house is close enough to Disney but far enough away to relax."  (The Bell family and the Decker family, Steamboat Springs, Colorado, February 2004). Please note that anyone travelling to the US requires a ESTA Visa Waiver. To apply visit https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/and complete the required details. The ESTA lasts for 2 years and costs $14 per person. Please avoid other unofficial websites where additional unnecessary charges may be incurred.

No hidden charges: 

The price you are quoted is the price you will pay* and includes cleaning before and after the booking, state and county taxes, pool & spa heating in all months, outgoing telephone calls - both national and international and Internet connection. 

*For stays in excess of 21 days a damage deposit of $500.00 will be required.  This will be paid by credit card to PayPal one week before arrival and refunded through PayPal after checkout.

AVAILABILITY: 

We get many requests for dates which are already booked.  This is the only house we own so we are unable to offer alternative accommodation.  Avoid disappointment by checking the CALENDAR
