Declaration
As lead name I accept responsibility for the payment specified. I confirm that I have read the terms and conditions of this booking, agree to them and take responsibility for ensuring that all members of my party adhere to them. I understand that if payment is not made in full at least 8 weeks before the check-in date the owners of Amber Villa have the right to cancel the booking. I also understand that a security bond of £100/$150 per week or part week is required with the final payment unless payment is made by credit card.
I understand that the temperatures of the pool and spa are not guaranteed and that if the air temperature is below 55 degrees F the pool heater will not function.
I understand that the complimentary telephone calls service only applies to land lines and that any calls to toll numbers or cell phones will be charged for and deducted from the security bond payment

PLEASE NOTE: Solar heating is free of charge. Supplementary pool & spa heating heating is recommended during the months of October through March and the rate is £8/*US$10 per night, £53/*US$65 per week. Supplementary spa heating is recommended during the months of April through September and the rate is £2/*US$2.50 per night, £12/*US$15 per week. * Local and state taxes are payable on prices quoted in US dollars; these are currently 6% and 7% respectively.If travelling by air please give airport of arrival e.g. Orlando International, Orlando Sanford, Tampa, Miami etc
