TO BOOK AMBER VILLA
Step 1
Check that the dates you wish to book are available. You can do this by accessing the on-line calendar or via the contact details at the bottom of the page.
Step 2
Contact us by email or via the contact details at the bottom of the page to make a provisional reservation. We will confirm the price, that the dates are available and give you a date by when your booking form and deposit should reach us. If you wish to proceed with the booking please confirm by email.
Step 3
For bookings more than 8 weeks ahead:
Guests outside the United Kingdom:
Read the terms and conditions of booking and complete the booking form and, email, fax or mail it back to us. The required deposit should be paid either by credit card or directly into our US bank account. There is no service charge for deposits paid by credit card. When you tell us how you wish to pay we will email you instructions for payment. Because of increasing demand for Amber Villa we can only hold dates for more than 7 working days in exceptional circumstances.
Guests from the United Kingdom
Read the terms and conditions of booking and complete the booking form and email, fax or mail it back to us. The required deposit should be paid either by cheque or directly into our UK bank account from your bank, by Internet banking or by credit card. There is no service charge for deposits paid by credit card. When you tell us how you wish to pay we will email you any information required. Because of increasing demand for Amber Villa we can only hold dates for more than 3 working days in exceptional circumstances.

The full rental payment should be made either by credit card or directly into our US bank account. If payment is made by credit card a service charge of 2% applies to the total amount less $150 for each week of the booking. When you tell us how you wish to pay we will email you instructions for payment. Because of increasing demand for Amber Villa we can only hold dates for more than 7 working days in exceptional circumstances.

Read the terms and conditions of booking, complete the booking form and email, fax or mail it to us. If payment is made by credit card a service charge of 2% applies to the total amount less £100 for each week of the booking When you tell us how you wish to pay we will email you any information required. Step 4
For bookings more than 8 weeks ahead - for all guests
Shortly before your final payment is due we will email you an invoice giving options for making the final payment. When this payment is received we will send you information about the villa and the surrounding area, directions and instructions for entering the house. If your deposit was not paid by credit card, you are not paying the final payment by credit card and if you are a new guests a security bond of £100/$150 per week of the booking will be required with this payment. If you have paid a security bond it will be returned to you after you check out of the villa and our managers confirm that everything was left in good order.

When we receive your full payment we will send you information about the villa and the surrounding area, directions and instructions for entering the house. If you payment was not made by credit card and if you are new guests a security bond of £100/$150 per week of the booking will be required with this payment. If you have paid a security bond it will be returned to you after you check out of the villa and our managers confirm that everything was left in good order.
