The answer to this question is that our villa has what most other 3 bed villas just do not have. Very few 3 bed villas have the following features:

THE RECEPTION AREA
The reception area is beautifully furnished and appointed and gives extra living space that most other 3 bedroom villas lack. You really have room to spread out and relax after a busy day at the theme parks or shops.
Formal Lounge Formal Dining Room
The formal lounge has comfortable seating for five and a library of books, board games, jigsaw puzzles and a computer desk and chair with Intenet access. In this room you will also find a useful folder of information which includes directions to many of the theme parks.
The lovely dining table seats six and is the perfect place for dining on a special occasion.
THE KITCHEN/DINER AND FAMILY ROOM
This large space gives additional living space for informal living and the high ceiling, large window and glass doors leading out to the pool make it very light and airy. There is an adjoining laundry room with washer, drier, ironing board and iron with doors to the huge garage.
Kitchen Dining Area
The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, range, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and ample cooking and dining utensils. For additional storage space there is also a pantry.
You can dine in comfort at the large dining table with four chairs; there is additional space at the breakfast bar with its two stools and there is also a high chair for young children.
Family Room
The family room seats five in comfort and is your base for entertainment. There is a brand new 50" plasma HD television with home theatre system and a library of DVDs and CDs for guests' use. There are hundreds of cable channels to choose from including HD channels and a sports package which includes American sports, tennis, golf and soccer channels. There is also a portable CD player and radio kindly left by previous guests.
All three bedrooms have been furnished with thought and attention to detail. There is ample hanging and storage space with shoe racks in the closets of bedrooms 1 & 2 and all three bedrooms have cable television, DVD players and an ample supply of bedding.
Master Bedroom En-suite bathroom
The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with his and hers sinks, masses of storage space, a garden tub and a large shower cubicle; the toilet is in a separate adjoining room. For your comfort and convenience there is a ceiling fan, television, DVD player, large walk-in closet and small safe. Glass doors lead out to the lanai and pool area.
Bedroom 2 Bedroom 3
Family Bathroom
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, flat screen television and DVD player and bedroom 3 is ideal for children with twin beds, colourful bedding, a television and DVD player with many children's DVDs, cuddly toys, books and games. Since the photograph of bedroom 3 was taken we have added colourful stickers of Disney characters to the walls to make it even more fun for children. Characters include Mickey & Minnie, Donald & Daisy Duck, Pluto and Goofy. The second bathroom is conveniently situated between bedrooms 2 and 3. Adjacent to the family bathroom is a linen cupboard with an ample supply of bathroom towels, wash cloths and pool towels.
THE LANAI, DECK AND POOL/SPA
As we planned the building and furnishing of this villa we tried to provide a place for our guests to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine in comfort. We have stayed in homes with very little room around the pool and uncomfortable plastic furniture so we chose cushioned, waterproof furniture and paid extra for a larger than standard deck as well as a spa with one simple control on the wall inside the pool screen. We have made every effort to provide a warm pool and spa by installing solar heating as well as a pool heater.

Comfortable Pool Furniture
Many guests say that they enjoy spending days around and in the pool and you can see why. Enjoy the sun from sunrise to late afternoon and relax in the spa in the evening. The lanai provides welcome shade and you can sit at the table and have a meal or drink in comfort using the unbreakable plates and glasses provided, enjoy the view over the lake or watch the children having fun in the pool. There is a generous supply of pool towels in the linen closet between bedroom 2 and the family bathroom and there are plenty of unbreakable glasses, plates and bowls, ice-cream sundae dishes and an ice bucket in the kitchen.

COMPLIMENTARY ITEMS
In the garage there is a high chair and two strollers; there is also a bag with golf clubs which guests are welcome to use. If you require information on golf nearby courses and their proximity to the house we can provide this. Guests usually leave behind pool toys, water sprays and ponchos as well as condiments, tea, coffee, coffee filter papers and creamer. In the entrance lobby you will find a supply of brochures and in the master bedroom you will find a selection of guide books, maps, coupons and books to read. There are more books in the bookcase in the formal lounge area. Please feel free to use these at will but it would be appreciated if you could replenish anything that is running low. A complimentary travel crib can be provided for children too young to sleep in a bed.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
In addition to this all guests receive excellent customer service from the initial booking, throughout their vacation and afterwards. Many of them return to our villa and recommend friends or family and repeat guests benefit from a loyalty discount. The cleaning and maintenance of the villa, the garden and the pool is done by a husband-and-wife team who keep everything in pristine condition. They are only a phone call away should guests have any problems or questions. We are very proud of our villa and have an ongoing policy of improving and enhancing its facilities.
