The maximum number of guests accepted is 6. This includes children but one additional infant can be accommodated if sleeping in a crib.

Rates quoted include all solar heated pool and spa, Internet connection, all national telephone calls and international telephone calls to land lines.
Supplementary electric heating to the pool and spa is recommended during the months of January, February, March and from mid-October through December. Charges are given below +

Pool & Spa heating Pool & spa heating by solar power is free of charge. Supplementary heating is recommended for the months October through March and is *US$12/£8 per night, US$80/£53 per week. Spa heating is recommended from April through September and is *US$3/£2 per night, *US$20/£12 per week. If ordered, pool and spa heating must be for the full period of the booking.

Cleaning Charge Please note that stays of less than 5 nights are subject to a cleaning charge of *US$70/£40

Security Bond If deposit and/or final payment is not paid by credit card, bookings are subject to a security bond of £100/ US$150 for each week or part week of the booking. This is paid with the final payment, 8 weeks before arrival and will be returned when our management company has carried out their usual inventory and check of the villa after you have checked out. This will be no later than 7 days after your departure. Repeat guests or guests referred by a previous guest are not required to pay a security bond. Deposit and full payment If arrival is more than 8 weeks ahead, a deposit of US$150/£100 per week or part of week is required to secure the booking. If arrival is less than 8 weeks ahead full payment is required on booking. |
