The maximum number of guests accepted is 6. This includes children but one additional infant can be accommodated if sleeping in a crib.

There are currently reports of people booking through an agency and when they arrive at their designated home it is already occupied. Please be aware of scams like this and ask lots of questions, preferably deal directly with the owner of the rental home. This particular agency offfers big discounts for payments by check or money order so the unlucky guests have no come-back and have lost all the money they paid making the discount meaningless. Our advice is to pay by credit card or through PayPal then you are protected if the worst happens.

You will find cheaper rates than ours but please be careful when focusing on price alone. Many cut price villas are owned by people who use booking agents who get their business from tour operators and pay very low rates to owners. Owners are then left with little or no money to put back into maintaining and enhancing their home. Indeed many guests arrive to find a 'For Sale' sign outside the home they have rented and these are the lucky ones. Tour operators and booking agents have recently gone bankrupt and in April 2009, over Easter - the busiest time of the year in Orlando, many vacationers arrived at the booking agent's office to collect the keys to the villa they had paid for only to find a notice on the door saying the company had gone out of business. Many of these people ended up staying in hotels, if they could find one which wasn't booked up, or renting alternative villas for 3 times more than the price they had already paid. Sadly, this is not an isolated incident. How sad when a dream vacation begins with your worst nightmare.

Many owners who have been let down by booking agents are offering ridiculously low rental rates just to pay their mortgage. Inevitably there will come a time when they can not or will not subsidise their investment any longer. These homes may well be in foreclosure by the time many of their guests arrive.

We have never operated in this way - if you book with us no third party is involved and you will get honest and informative communication from us from the moment you make the booking. Every time we visit we update and enhance our home and during our absence our managers are instructed to use their discretion to replace anything that they feel is not up to their standards, which are very high.

This approach has paid off for us and after nearly 8 years we find that guests are returning for the second or third time and recommending our villa to their friends and family.
