Information
When we have received full payment from you we will send you a guest pack including information about the villa and the surrounding area. This will include any directions you request, e.g. from the airport or by road to the villa and instructions for accessing the house. If you are a UK visitor driving in the USA for the first time you can receive hints on driving in the USA if you wish.
There is a large file in the villa which contains information on various attractions, shopping and eating out as well as general information on local shops, useful telephone numbers etc. There is also a file with operating instructions for all the appliances in the villa and a guest handbook from our management company. Notices are in place in the villa giving instructions on how to use the security system, the pool alarms, the television and home theatre system and the complimentary telephone calls procedure.
If you are not a fan of theme parks or are suffering from 'theme park overload' there are many other places of interest, all within easy reach, from state parks to shopping, antiques to airboat rides and horseback riding to hot-air ballooning. We will send you details of some of these in the aforementioned guest pack to enable you to begin planning your itinerary.
Services
Our management company provide a 24/7 support service for all our guests. They will be able to deal with any problems you might experience and can also offer additional services such as rental of gas grills, baby equipment, welcome packs etc..
A high chair can be found in the closet of the master bedroom. Guests requiring a crib will be provided with a travel crib free of charge, bedding is not included. If a full size crib is required hire can be arranged at a cost of $70 per week, this includes all bedding.
There are two telephones in the villa, one in the kitchen and one in the master bedroom. All calls to land lines, national and international, are free of charge.
Attraction tickets can be purchased on line at discounted rates using the link below. US guests can have tickets mailed to their home address or pick them up after arrival. Other guests can pick them up after arrival. The pick up point is a very short drive away and we give directions.
Your booking is for a self-catering holiday and although the villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival no further housekeeping services will take place unless they are requested and paid for at the rate of $55 per clean. A complimentary supply of toilet tissue and soap will be found in each of the two bathrooms and there may be supplies of detergent etc left by the previous guests but we cannot guarantee this.
Maintenance of the pool and garden and pest control is carried out by the management company's contractors.
